We provide a patient-centered approach to make every visit as comfortable as possible and work hard to create a welcoming, calm and supportive environment.
This includes taking the time to get to know you before your first appointment with a call from your treatment provider. We also offer you the opportunity visit the practice for a non-treatment consultation or tour to familiarise yourself with the setting and our team.
All our staff are trained in managing dental anxiety and have experience working with nervous patients of all ages and take time during appointments to provide detailed explanations of procedures, and other measures to ensure comfort at all times. We can even arrange for sedation for treatments if required.
We aim to build comfort and trust. This can be gradual if needs be with flexibility to arrange shorter, more frequent visits, until you feel you are confortable.
