Meet the Team

Dr Lizzie Judson (BDS)

GDC Number: 97135 – Qualified Bristol 2001

Joining the practice in 2009, Lizzie qualified from Bristol Dental School in 2001 and had previously worked in London and Essex. She later became a co-owner of the practice in 2011.

An expert in general and cosmetic dentistry, she studied in the USA at the world renowned ‘Pankey Institute’ which provides advanced training to solve complex oral health problems and restore teeth to a full, natural appearance.

Lizzie has special interests in dentistry, which include restoring full mouths with damaged teeth back to full health and creating a patient’s ideal smile with the help of veneers, orthodontics or whitening.

Lizzie is passionate about providing orthodontic care for children and adults. Lizzie helps our patients with anti-ageing: wrinkle smoothers, fillers and prescription daily skincare.

But her main focus is patient care, with every individual being reassured of their options so they can make an informed decision on treatment which they are comfortable with.

Married with two boys, Lizzie also took a career break in 2004 to train with the Olympic sailing team prior to the 2004 Athens Olympics!

Dr Jonathan Hall (BDS) GDC

Number: 80289 – Qualified Tandlaege Copenhagan 1997

Qualifying from the Royal Dental College at the University of Copenhagen in 1984, Jonathan has a true pedigree in his field. His knowledge and experience is invaluable, having spent two years with the Royal Navy Maxillofacial unit and gaining considerable understanding of the processes of dentoalveolar and implant surgery.

Building a reputation for quality and excellent standards over his tenure in dentistry, the sheer number of patients who travel internationally to experience his skill and expertise act as testament to this reputation.

Still regularly travelling around the globe, Jonathan spends a large part of the year at conferences and recently spent time under the tutelage of Professor Buser in Switzerland. Jonathan’s name continues to grow even more positively within his industry whilst still helping patients almost every day at Wickham Dental Practice.

Jonathan is married with two children.

Annette Threlfall (hygienist)

I first worked and qualified as a dental nurse in London prior to training as a hygienist in Cardiff in 1991. At heart, I’m a country girl from Somerset.

I thoroughly enjoy working within the dental setting, and tailoring hygiene appointments to each individual person.

However, I do appreciate patients are often less enthusiastic about dentistry and so working sensitively with people is an area I find rewarding.

Elaine Williams

I am a qualified Dental Nurse who has worked in the profession for over thirty years, working at Wickham since 2006. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry especially implants and smile makeovers. I have a caring nature; my aim is to make patients feel at ease and help provide the highest possible care within a relaxed and friendly practice. It is a privilege to be part of the dynamic team.

Zoe Searle

I have been a Dental Receptionist since 2014 and worked in customer services for over 15 years, gaining an NVQ in customer service and Administration along the way. I have two grown up children, so I love to travel and see different places when I can. It’s a lovely team at Wickham Dental; everyone is very caring, dedicated and professional which makes our patients feel at ease whilst in our care

Laura Plowman

I started my Dental Nursing career in 2015 and gained my National Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 qualification through Eastleigh College. I am very pleased to have joined the wonderful team here and really enjoy all aspects of the job role – I especially find that I get a lot of job satisfaction when we can help patients by relieving their dental pain or giving them more confidence from improving their smile in some way.

I live locally in Waltham Chase with my son and 3 dogs. I enjoy taking the dogs for walks around the local surrounding areas.

Lucy Lovesy

I qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2010 and joined the team here at Wickham in 2016. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry although have a particular interest in smile makeovers and caring for nervous patients.

I live locally with my husband and 2 young sons. In my spare time I really enjoy running and would love to complete a Marathon one day!
